What shipping methods are available?
We ship primarily via UPS / USPS. When your order ships, you will get an email with tracking information. Alternatively, you can track your order by going to the Order Tracking page.
How long will it take to have my order shipped?
We strive to ship every order on the same business day. We sometimes will ship orders on Saturdays. Generally, orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges are prominently displayed in your shopping cart. You will have an opportunity to review shipping cost before you place an order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally. If you have additional questions on shipping internationally, please contact us.
Incomplete address?
If you placed an order and realized you have an incomplete delivery address, please reach out to us immediately so we may correct your shipping address.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards. We accept Apple Pay and Google Pay as well.
Is buying on Dubble O safe?
Absolutely! We employ SSL encryption to protect your data as they travel back and forth from your browser and our servers. We do not store your credit card information on our servers; our payment provider (Stripe) handle all credit card related information.
Orders and Returns
How do I place an order?
For retail customers, we accept online orders only. Wholesale customers can either order online or send a purchase order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can either checkout as guest or create an account before checking out. Creating an account makes it easier to order the next time around.

How can I cancel or change my order?
If you created an account before placing an order, you will have the ability to cancel your order (if it hasn’t shipped) from within your account. If you checked out as a guest, pleased contact us to cancel your order.
